RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICIES
Returns/Exchanges:
We accept returns in exchange for store credit within 7 business days of receiving your item. Items may only be returned for store credit (no refunds will be issued) if they are unworn, in their original condition, free of any odors, alterations, or stains. If an item is returned that is not in its original condition, we reserve the right to deny your request for store credit.

***Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchange for store credit***
Upon receipt of the returned item, please allow 3-5 business days for return processing. You will be notified of your store credit via email.
Exchange Instructions:
Please send an email starting with the reason for the exchange to cozyluxelabel@gmail.com along with your order number. From there, an exchange form will be sent within 48hrs.
Please note that any return request received after the 7-day grace period will not be accepted.
