SHIPPING POLICIES
SHIPPING POLICIES:
All items will be processed and shipped within 7-14 business days. An e-mail confirming your order and shipment will be sent to the e-mail address provided in the Billing information section. Please note that business days are Monday-Friday and exclude weekends and federal holidays.
Cozy Luxe Label is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once an item is in the possession of the shipping carrier. If you have any issues regarding tracking an order after it has left our facility, we ask that you file a claim with the shipping carrier.
Unfortunately, we cannot make any changes to an order once it has been placed. This includes change of address, size, or quantity.
If an item is returned to us due to an incorrect address, or the shipping carrier not being able to deliver your item we are not responsible for new shipping fees. If an item is returned to us, you will be contacted within 7 business days so that new shipping fees can be collected.
You may experience shipping delays with carriers beyond Cozy Luxe Label's control. We appreciate your patience.
Canceling an Order:
Once an order has been placed it cannot be canceled.
